Welcome to the Michigan Association of District Court Probation Officers (MADCPO)

MADCPO is working to:

• Provide training, education and support to all Michigan District Court Probation Officers.
• Monitor and impact legislation that affects Probation by serving on key State committees and organizations.
• Promote the idea that District Court Probation is an integral part of the Criminal Justice System.
• Advocate for and support policies that serve both the needs of the community and the offender.
• Network with other organizations that share a common vision or goals.
• Provide its membership with relevant tools and information by producing a newsletter, a directory of District Court Probation Officers and holding an annual conference.
